Civil society Doda Organized a condolence meet at Habib mall Doda

Doda::Today on 24 April 22, Civil society Doda Organized a condolence meet at Habib mall Doda to pay rich tributes to Late Khan Abdul Majeed Khan, a tall trade union leader of J&K.

The meet was presided by the renowned Union trade leader Mr. Ghulam Hassan Pampori. Many leaders of various associations of District Doda participated in  the meet and paid their rich tributes. 
Many leaders spoke in the meet and threw light on his life and his unprecedented contribution not only towards government employees/workers but for social, economic, political issues of civil society as well.

Speaking on the occasion Ghulam Hassan Pampori expressed that the phase of revolution led by Late Khan sb cann't be forgotten and neglected, he said it was his indomitable spirit and his unparallel principles which florished the trade union in  J&K.
Former trade leader Mr. Shakeel Ahmed Dev, speaking on the occasion, said loss of Late Khan sb is not only the loss of tall and honest leader of trade unions or organizations but loss for the whole community.He said his dedication and honesty and contributions shall be always  remembered.

 Mr. Ishtiaq Ahmed Dev, a well known social activist also threw light on the life of Late Khan sb, he said that it was in his teen age, when he got the opportunity of listening the firebrand speeches of Late Khan sb. He said it was the struggle and sacrifices of Late Khan sb that employees of various government departments are enjoying service benefits. He said that civil society and employees/workers of J&k in general and District Doda in particular shall always remain highly indebted to the contribution of Late Khan Abdul Majeed Khan.

Mr. Nisar Ahmed Banday, President CVTF Doda also spoke in condolence meet and threw light on the contribution of Late Khan sb. Mr Niaz Ahmed Rahi, Mr Naseer Ahmed khora, , Mr Salah ud Din, Mr. Nazir Ahmed Sheikh also spoke in the meet, they too expressed their rich tributes towards Late Khan sb.
