Treandsetting Teacher in Education Department.

Doda::Effective teachers have lesson plans that give students a clear idea of what they will be learning, what the assignments are and what the grading policy is. Assignments have learning goals and give students ample opportunity to practice new skills.
These teachers engage students and get them to look at issues in a variety of ways. Effective teachers use facts as a starting point, not an end point; they ask “why” questions, look at all sides and encourage students to predict what will happen next.
They ask questions frequently to make sure students are following along. They try to engage the whole class, and they don’t allow a few students to dominate the class. They keep students motivated with varied, lively approaches.
Great teachers form strong relationships with their students and show that they care about them as people. Great teachers are warm, accessible, enthusiastic and caring.
They are involved in school-wide committees and activities, and they demonstrate a commitment to the school.These teachers are masters of their subject matter. They exhibit expertise in the subjects they are teaching and spend time continuing to gain new knowledge in their field.
Teachers standing before a class and speaking before a hundred gaping eyes, and a hundred more eager ears ensure the adrenalin rush and performance anxiety.
Today,I am going to introduce one such dynamic teacher who because of his nature,enthusiasm and interest acheived laurels in education department.A teacher by choice not by chance can bring revolution in education.
Mr.Jawaz Iqbal wani, replacing traditional methodology with innovative approach amoung students of mountainous and far flung school of village Bhartund of Tehsil Rajgarh District Ramban.This pedagogue is not using the traditional ways of teaching instead prefering activism rather activity based teaching learning process.
A student is to be understood not only by academic activities but also from the psychological point of view,providing guidance and counseling is the prime focus.
Apart from this,he conducts regular training programs in and out of the state,providing training to teachers through scert and through Diet Banihal.
He prepared e-content during covid 19 also.In addition to these what not he accomplished like content creator in Diksha,working as IT expert in Diksha -Nishtha,national webnars,works as SRG in ICT,KRP in science and ICT,even DSEJ mentioned his achievements.
During mega enrollment drive admitted more than 50 never enrolled children.I must say, if these qualities are in a teacher how can our education sector remain in darkness.We should appreciate and boost the moral of such teachers.
The test of a good teacher is not how many questions he can ask his pupils that they will answer readily, but how many questions he inspires them to ask which he finds it hard to answer.
The most valuable resource that all teachers have is each other. Without collaboration, our growth is limited to our own perspectives.
