All officials of the ACD Doda bid farewell with tearful eyes. His tenure as ACD Doda has witnessed sea changes in working of RDD with shift of authorities to PRIs in real sense. Mr Idrees has played a pivotal role in this transformation. Mr Phulail Singh a young officer has already proved his worth in public services as Tehsildar, BDO and DSWO and shall continue the legacy of dedication and transparency and bring the pace to new hights.
