All JK +2 Lecturers Forum held meet on ZOOM through virtual mode

Doda::All JK +2 Lecturers Forum held meet on ZOOM through virtual mode under the presidentship of Mr Pardeep Singh Rakwal.
The members of All JK+2 Lecturers' Forum Doda unit joined the meet through virtual mode. The meeting was attended by all the Lecturers of District Doda including central body and the whole meeting was moderated by General Secretary Unit Doda, Shahid Latief Zargar.
The Meet resolved to strengthen the hands of Provincial president Mr Pardeep Singh Rakwal as well as the district body and agreed to work with full dedication and get the demands of Lecturers including other members of the +2-fraternity resolved on priority basis.
Various issues were discussed during the meeting include the issues that include as grant of ACP in favour of +2 Cadre as they work in one grade for years, regularisation of all I/C lecturers in one go, non – vocational benefits to principals and enhancement of remuneration rates of board examinations.
The Provincial president, Mr Pardeep Singh Rakwal speaking to the lecturers through virtual mode highlighted the various issues faced by +2 Cadre and asked to remain united for the cadre with sincere and consistent effort. Beside this president also impressed that get ready for celebration of lecturers’ day on 09th of April for which Teacher Bhawan is booked and assured that all the demands and issues raised by the members will be put forwarded before higher authorities for redressal.
Mr. RS Slathia impressed upon the regularization of in charge lecturers, non – vocational status to principals, adjustment of lecturers on medical grounds and advised to keep doors open for all provided, it is for betterment of +2 Cadre.
Mr. Yaser Umer, district president stressed to remain united and strengthen the team at gross root level and showing hope that Lecturers’ Day be celebrated so that it become a historical minute.
