All J&K PSC Lecturers' Association Demands ACP.

DODA:: A meeting of All J&K +2 PSC Lecturers' Association  Doda  was  held through virtual mode  under the presidentship of district president Mr Shaber Ishaq Zargar .  Mr M A Katoch general secretary of the association Jammu Province was the guest speaker in the meeting.

The meeting was convened to discuss the long pending genuine demands of the fraternity.  Suggestions were sought from the members whereas it was unanimously decided to raise  the long pending demand of Career Progression in favour of plus two lecturers at par with other gazetted employees. 
 
The participants unanimously  resolved that the genuine issues including career progression need to be resolved at the earliest possible and urged the LG administration to consider this genuine demand on priority basis so that the morale of the fraternity especially the direct recruits be raised.
               
The association hailed the decision of general administration department (GDD)  to invite proposals for grant of ACP  in favour of plus two lecturers and urged the school education department to put up the file at appropriate time. 

Among others who attended the meeting  are district vice president Doda Mtr Syim Ul Nisa, district organiser Mohd Ayoub Zargar, general secretary Sh Ved Raj, cashier Umar Sharief Wani, district executive body members Dr Altaf Mir, Mr Manzar Akhter, Sh Arvind Kumar and Sh Manoj Kumar .  Senior  members of association including Mr Zakir Natnoo, Bharath Bhushan, Suneel Chandel, Syed Abid Hussain, Niaz Ahmed, Shafiqa Banoo, Mohd Idrees, and others also attended the meeting virtually  and shared their views.
   
The house resolved to highlight the  burning issues and demands including transfer of  lecturers (2017 batch) , filling up of all vacant posts of principals, creation of vice principal post in all higher secondary schools and placement of lecturers as senior lecturers. 
 
Mr M A Katoch briefed  the participants about how things stand. He said that the district president and other office bearers  should work out the strategy well in time and execute it in an organized manner.  
 
The participants unanimously resolved to continue their struggle till the legitimate demand of career progression  is fulfilled.
