Sad news coming from Doda; Ghulam Rasool Balwan, known by name as Khalil Hamdi, resident of Mohalla Astan Doda passes away just a while ago at GMC Doda following massive heart cardiac arrest which he suffered this morning. The deceased will be remembered for his social services & contribution to the society. May Allah grant him highest place in Jannah (Aameen).
