NSS Unit of Govt Degree College Ukhral Holds Cleanliness Drive*

Doda::NSS Unit of GDC Ukhral, under the aegis of “Clean India 2.0 Campaign”, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, today organized Cleanliness Drive in New Bus Stand Ukhral.
The drive was organised to clean the area and sensitize the common masses regarding the Mission of Clean India Campaign. Principal of the College, Dr. Ashok Kumar inaugurated the cleanliness drive and urged the students to educate the common people about the significance of clean and green environment and make this event as grand success through Jan Bhagidari. Staff members and number of NSS Volunteers of the College participated in this Cleanliness drive and collected large quantity of waste and plastic material in and around the Bus Stand. The participating students were served light refreshment at the culmination of the program.
