All J&K Plus Two PSC Lecturers' Association  Submits Memorandum to LG through ADC Doda.

Doda::All J&K Plus Two PSC  Lecturers' Association Doda submitted a memorandum regarding MACP to His Excellency  Lt.Governor  J&K Sh Manoj Sinha  through Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda .

 A delegation of the Association led by  district president Mr Shaber Ishaq Zargar today submitted the memorandum regarding the extention of benefits of Assured Career Progression in favour of Plus Two lecturers to ADC Doda Sh R K Bharti at district headquarters Doda . The ADC received the memorandum with a positive note and  assured that the same will be submitted to the concerned quarters in due course of time  . 

Briefing the media persons in connection with today's program, the representative of PSC Lecturers' Association revealed that ACP / Running Grade is a long pending demand of lecturers fraternity as all other counterparts of  lecturers are already getting this benefit and it is an injustice to this class of gazetted employees of  Education Department. 

  It is pertinent to mention here that the 7th  Central Pay Commmission has also recommended MACP benefits for its central govt employees and subsequently Delhi UT has implemented the recommendations in respect of its teaching cadre . All the government employees of JK UT are enjoying this benefit except 10  + 2  lecturers which is a sheer injustice to one class of employees leading to dissatisfaction and degradation of lecturers' morale . 

Through this memorandum Plus Two cadre  appeals to His Excellency Leutinent Governor Manaj Sinha to personally intervene into the matter and ensure  redressal of their genuine demand at the earliest possible . 

Those who were part of the delegation include; Tahir Ashraf Wani district coordinator, Sh Ved Raj district General Secretary, Mtr. Mussarat Jahan Mintoo Publicity Secretary, Mr Umer Sharief Teasurer, senior members  Mtr Shaista Kouser ,Zakir Hussain Natnoo and others.
