SD/SW NCC unit GDC Bhaderwah organized Painting,Poster & Slogan Writing competition with theme Environment Awareness ..

Doda::Keeping in view the alarming threats being posed by day by day degrading environment , a painting cum poster competition was organized by SD & SW NCC unit of the Govt Degree College Bhaderwah with theme “ save environment save earth”.
With the aim to make cadets aware about the alarming situation arising due to increase in pollution in environment this painting cum poster making competition was organized .
The whole event was conducted under the guidance of Dr Kuldeep Kumar Sharma , Principal of the college and under the aegis of col S S Rawat CO, 2JK(I) COY NCC Bhaderwah. During his address Dr Kuldeep Kumar Sharma apprised the cadets that environment awareness is a public awareness aimed at increasing the understanding of environment threats and empowering the common masses to be responsible to contribute for the betterment of environment . he further added that it is shared responsibility and we have to do our part to keep this planet safe and conserve the environment for our new generation. The event was supervised and coordinated by Lt Prithvi Raj, ANO & HOD commerce.
In painting competition Cdt Samiksha Devi , JUO Apika Bharti and Cdt Shivani Devi was judged as first second and third respectively. In poster making competition Cdt Ishika Parihar Cdt Ayushi Kotwal and Cdt Komal Devi were judged as first second and third respectively.
In slogan writing competition Cdt Shalni Kotwal was judged as first ,Cdt Shekha Padha Second and Cdt Priya Devi third. The other cadets who participated are Cdt Mohd Alyas, Cdt Balinder Singh, Cdt Aditya Singh, Cdt Shaz Ali, Cdt Arvinder Singh, Cdt Ashish Parihar, Cdt Sangam Kotwal , Cdt Rahul Kumar Cdt Sahil sharma and Cdt Aditya Singh Kotwal of Senior Divison Ncc unit of the college . Among the senior wing Cdt Pooja Bhagat, Cdt Riya , Cdt Samridhi Rana, Cdt Shallu Devi, Cdt Arti Devi , Cdt Nisheeta Devi, Cdt Sony Devi, Cdt Neha Kotwal,Cdt Sheetal Kotwal.
